About Me

My name is Michael Melford and having experienced the gym environment from age 17, my passion for the health and fitness industry has grown ever since.

After school I attended Loughborough University, played rugby at national level and gained valuable knowledge from health and fitness experts. Since graduating from University I worked in an office environment for 2 years, as well as maintaining a regular training schedule and played Rugby at National 2 Level. It was during these 2 years that I believed my passion and potential could be realised working as a Personal Trainer.

I have since successfully completed a Diploma in Advanced Personal Training with Premier Training International and continue to play rugby at Semi-Professional level. I am continually looking to further my knowledge and skill set, which in turn benefits my clients. To keep myself motivated I actively set myself new and achievable goals, which has helped me to relate further to my clients. I will help you realise your goals, which will provide you with a real sense of achievement and belief in your abilities.

I have found that working with people on a one to one basis is an extremely effective way of introducing them to new and interesting ways of exercising. As a positive and enthusiastic individual who enjoys working with people of all fitness levels, I will always ensure my sessions are varied and challenging.
